Abstract

Y Bank is a joint-stock commercial bank. In 2007, it was separated from the
original system and officially established as a new bank after enterprise
transformation. Bank Y has the characteristics of short establishment time, profound
group background and strong policy. But at the same time, it also has some
problems, such as imperfect management system, lack of human resources and poor
effect of incentive methods. This article attempts through to is currently in transition
and rising Y bank grass-roots staff present incentive problem and countermeasure
analysis research, through the characteristics of the employees and generational
differences, explore a more scientific and reasonable, and every employee incentive
mechanism and strategy, and put forward targeted optimization and improvement
Suggestions, in order to effectively improving the organization's team ability,
Strengthen the construction of talent echelon, reduce the outflow of excellent
talents, reduce the cost of human resources, and maintain the position of steady
operation and sustainable development.
This paper is divided into seven parts: The first part, introduction, expounds
the research background and significance, introduces the main conceptual framework.
The second part of the literature review, including the introduction of domestic and
foreign literature existing incentive theory research results. At the same time, the
basic concept and practical application of two-factor excitation theory used in this
paper are introduced. The third part of the research methods, mainly to the data receipt tools and data analysis model are explained. The fourth part presents the
basic information of the sample as well as the data of the incentive satisfaction
survey and the current incentive demand survey. The fifth part puts forward the
improvement suggestions based on the existing incentive policies of Y Bank, the
research conclusions and prospects.
