Abstract

With the continuous progress of society, the importance of knowledge and
human capital in the knowledge society has made them the core tools for
sustainable development and strong competition of enterprises. Therefore,
knowledge-based workers are used as the research object, and the causal
relationship between their loyalty to the enterprise and managers and the level of
work efficiency is the research content, in order to explore how to improve the
loyalty management of knowledge workers and the improvement of work

object and focuses on the relationship between loyalty and job performance, and
conducts research through theoretical analysis, data investigation and empirical
analysis. This article is mainly divided into five parts, the first chapter is the
introduction. This part mainly includes the background and reasons for selecting the
topic. It also briefly introduces the main content and ideas of the article and the
reasons for it.
Research methods used, etc. The specific content of this part is mainly to
raise questions and establish the article frame structure. The second part is a review
of relevant theoretical literature at home and abroad. It is mainly explained from
three aspects: knowledge-based employees, loyalty and employee performance. The
third part is the company's introduction, the current problems in the work
performance management of knowledge workers, and the necessity of improving work performance management. The fourth part is the specific construction of the
model and the data collection part. It mainly includes the selection of research
variables, the formulation of theoretical models, the summary of research
hypotheses, and the design and recovery of questionnaires, which lays an effective
data foundation for subsequent empirical analysis. By means of statistical analysis
tools SPSS and AMOS software, the reliability and validity of the questionnaire and
the fit test of the structural equation are tested. The fifth part is the research
conclusion and management countermeasures. It is concluded that employee
loyalty has a positive effect on work, and leader characteristics and organizational
environment respectively have a positive effect on employee loyalty. Based on the
conclusions of the above empirical analysis to enhance corporate management
practices, focusing on the leadership characteristics and organizational environment
to put forward countermeasures to improve employee loyalty, which can improve
the core competitiveness of the company and achieve the company's strategic goals.
The sixth part is the conclusion of the full text and the research outlook. Based on
the previous research and summary of the full text, it is concluded that loyalty has
an important impact on improving work efficiency. Related factors such as the
personal charm of leaders and the working environment will affect the loyalty of
knowledge workers to the enterprise. At the same time, the deficiencies of existing
research are given, and future research directions and areas to be worked on are
proposed.
